How We Ship

Daring Fox partners with trusted specialist suppliers through Shopify Collective. Orders are shipped directly from our suppliers to you. This allows us to offer a carefully curated range of premium home furnishings.

Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only. Some remote postcodes may incur extended delivery times.

Processing & Dispatch Times

As products are shipped directly from suppliers, dispatch times may vary between items. Estimated delivery timeframes are shown on product pages where available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, these may be shipped separately from different suppliers. You may therefore receive multiple deliveries.

Large & Furniture Deliveries

Larger items may be delivered via specialist courier services. These deliveries are typically to the front door or ground floor entrance only unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery. If delivery fails due to access restrictions or incorrect information provided at checkout, additional delivery charges may apply.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier service. While we will assist in resolving any issues, we cannot be held liable for courier delays outside of our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional re-delivery charges may apply if an order is returned to the supplier.

Damaged Deliveries

All deliveries must be inspected upon arrival. Any visible damage must be noted with the courier where possible and reported to us within 48 hours with photographic evidence of both the product and packaging.

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, adverse weather conditions, or events outside of our reasonable control. We will always work with suppliers and couriers to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
